Dinan Turbo will be extremely strong at 20psi flat, paired with meth. You don't even need octane booster. I think at 20psi+meth, you'd make more power than my current map.
It's be a very very sweet setup compared to the PS2 because Dinan turbo spool stock fast, way more responsive than PS2.
You then decide from there.
