Sorry to hear.
I had a low speed tap to the bumper and it's replacement with slight hood/front fender damage came to almost $5,000.
I just put a set of Michelin PILOT SPORT 4S tires on last month after the Continentals it came with went noisy/cupping after 10,000 miles (no track).
TireRack rated it Excellent/1st in all the tested categories.
The 4S wasn't yet listed on the BMW dealer availability list, but the service manager was able to source it thru TireRack.
I even got a $70 rebate debit card.
