I'm pre LCI, had the issue of the car refusing to go in any mode but comfort until I did a reset. Fortunately it worked out that it took place on a run to the gas station between sessions. It doesn't like any history of pressures under 30 psi without a reset apparently. I have sensors in my track wheels, never thought of trying to go without besides I like having the pressure and temp display so either way I would go with them. I will just be sure to maintain over 30 psi.
