The M2 Competition weighs a lot more so the weight will probably not be close to 3135 lbs. Hopefully, they can reduce the weight by 200 lbs when compared to the M2 Competition.
Do you know what the Nurburgring time was for the M235i racing car ?? Want to understand how much quicker it is than the M2.

CF Roof, Aluminum hood and front panels would probably drop it a little over 100lbs. Remove the back seat and no power front seats and you might get close to shedding 200.
