I think in CA most of the upgrades for July/August cars were done at the dealer and not purchased via ConnectedDrive - I will send out a few messages and try to confirm this.
The rest sounds about right. As for El BAN, that is really, really weird. I wonder if he falls under the dealer category like the early CA cars?
