When I was in the market back in late 2013/early 2014, in its first year of production, the CLA 45 was indeed advertised (relying here on memory) as a 100% front wheel drivetrain (normal driving circumstances) that could send up to 50% to the rear wheels as needed. Kudos to AMG for rectifying this under-steering prone setup.
I can attest that a 60% rear biased drivetrain is sufficient enough to enable a relatively high torque vehicle to fishtail exiting a corner prior to the front wheels compensating.
