just an interesting or maybe not note...

when i traded in my 05 g35 coupe the front had around 85% and the rear with 30% meat left on the pads... go figure.

the only resonable conclusion was that during normal breaking the rear brakes took more of the load to reduce the front end from dipping. under hard use the fronot would take the majority of the load.
