Homeowners Insurance...Acts of War???

Just got a Homeowners Insurance quote, as I am in the process of buying a Condo in Manhattan...

The quote flat out says..."DOES NOT COVER ACTS OF WAR"...

For a condo in Manhattan, that seem like a glaring omission and makes me nervous. Am I nuts?

The premium, by the way, is $2840 per year.

acts of war = nuclear attack or terrorist attack.

for nyc i would be concerned. is there another policy you can buy that covers anything specifically related to a man made " attack"?
