Would these 18's rub?

Looking at a set of used Apex’s, wondering if they’ll rub on my M2C lowered on H&R springs

18x9.5 et+22
18x10.5 et+27

265/35/18 and 285/35/18

Thanks y’all

18x 10.5 with 285/35, ET42

I think ET27 is going to look like a tractor.

I didn’t think any 18 inch wheel fits over the stock US M2C brakes?

Hmmm yea this is concerning then. Wondering how much of a difference it would make if the wheels in question are 10’s instead of 10.5 like yours.
Yours look perfect though 👍🏻

Euro M2Cs have the smaller brakes like the OG M2. The 18s wont fit unless you change your brakes to smaller brakes.

Wow seriously? Well I guess that’s a dealbreaker for me then. Maybe down the line when it’s a dedicated track toy

Here is a link to the Apex website. They state that BMW M2C and M2CS require 19 inch or larger wheel size to fit over the cars brakes: https://support.apexraceparts.com/hc...-Fitment-Guide

That is what Apex says. “ * 2019+ M2 Comp 2NH 400mm brakes, as well as 2020+ M2 CS Carbon Ceramic 400mm brakes will require 19" wheels or larger. “

I don't care what Apex says.

Yes, but didn't you mill your brake calipers to fit?

Extactly, if I did it, anyone can do it.

The truth is that most people are not willing or able to do it. Maybe if you offered it as a service . Personally, I’d switch to AP racing calipers before removing material from OEM calipers.

I guess you are admitting that Apex was right. The 18 inch wheels don’t fit stock brakes without modification. I personally would never mill a brake caliper.

If you are concerned about removing material from the oem calipers you have the option to swap a 380mm disc with custom adapter. No need to spend 5K on a brake kit. Last Sunday I was running on the track and I didn't have the slightest brake fatigue problem.

So what you're saying is you had to change your brakes to make 18's fit?
