Here's one for ya: is it possible to code the lane-departure light off when not recognizing any lane?
That small orange light on the left side of the cluster irritates me, looks like a taxi driver's constant flashing check engine light.

Samer here? Is there a parameter that can be changed?

PS: What is an iStep upgrade? Sorry I am not familiar. Thanks.

I thought I read somewhere in this thread that it could be disabled by settings some type of distance setting for the PDC.

Over 60 pages to go through to find it!!!
You can just pick up the OEM button and shut it off yourself. Takes about 10 minutes to install. Nice and clean, no coding necessary and you retain the factory functionality. Cost - I think I paid $50 on Ebay. You can see it here to the left of the shifter (bottom button).

Finally decided to pull the trigger and got the app to code out ASD. Best purchase ever. Makes the MPE stand out just that much more.

Coded the folding mirrors on unlock and close on lock. Also shutoff radio on driver door open after engine shutdown.

What else is there...that’s useful

Is it easy to put it back ON (in case I do not like ASD off)?

Cool! I have the BimmerCode app. I coded a bunch of stuff last year, but I guess they updated the program and added the ASD coding since then.

I will try it out once my car is out of storage this spring.

Thanks for the info!

Hi, does anyone know how to code so the Air Circulation stays on "M" all the time ? Even when I set the "Air conditioning memory" and "Air circulation setting memory" to active, it still jumps to "A" after a while. Stephan of BimmerCode responded quickly but his suggestion of disabling "AC on with auto" still doesn't do the trick. I've had a professional coder do this on my F10 before but can't seem to figure out how to do this myself on the M2.

thanks in advance.

Wondering if there's a list of cool things that BimmerCode could do?

So far I've coded ASD off, folding mirrors, radio off when exiting, and angel eyes at 100%. There were so many other things on the menu. What other neat things have folks coded out there?

Scroll down to the "Windows/Doors" settings

Select "Open Doors At Ignition Shutoff"

Change to "Active"
