IMO that lip is outrageous. Looks like a stair step to get on top of the car. Protrudes way too much.

Isn't 420 bhp only like 20-30 hp over stock? And yes, that lip is gross.

It's cool to see modded M2's already. Can't wait to see what some of the top tuners do to them from performance to aesthetics

Meh. I like the tinted headlights and that's about it. Lip looks horrible, rear wing doesn't flow and the 2002 Tii stripes are a little too cliche for me.

Dude you have no idea how much I appreciate your brutal honesty. It seems like its almost blasphemous to say anything negative about the M2 around here.

Not a fan of the front with the stripes. I can live with the stripes on the side.

Stripes, spoiler and 20" wheels need to go. I'll never understand why folks put 20's on and 2 or 3 series.....

BMW rates the factory car at 365bhp. mcchip-DKR Software Performance rates their tuned bhp figures off of what car manufacturers list their cars at in relation to the gains they make on their SuperFlow dyno. From the Stage 1 tune, there is a conservative 55hp gain at peak figures.

We're the North America distributor for mcchip-DKR Software Performance, so if there's any questions, we can surely do our best to clarify.

Lap Time Performance builds some awesome cars out in Europe, many of which see a lot of track time. Looking forward to seeing how the car progresses!

Thanks for sharing!

I don't think the gain is from the tune. It's from the Turbo stickers.

Stage 1 is for otherwise stock cars, factory downpipes.
Stage 2 is for cars with freer flowing downpipes.
Stage 3 is for cars with turbo upgrades.

All of the stages are under thorough testing/development. Laptime Performance is fortunate to be one of the first with the ECU tune.

I'll snag some dyno data and post a new thread, so we don't deviate too much from the main focus of this thread.

Thanks for the inquiries.
