Must Have Items
Thought we'd get a thread started of must have items in the car at all times.
I currently have: 1) Emergency multitool/knife with seatbelt cutter 2) Tire pump with sealant 3) LED flashlight What do you guys suggest/keep around at all times?

Regarding #3, I'd recommend an LED headlamp - i.e., with an elastic strap so that you can wear it on your forehead. The technology for LED headlamps has really improved in recent years. They are small, lightweight, incredibly bright and burn an amazingly long time on a set of AAA batteries. And they put the light right where you need it, hands-free. A good brand to check out is Black Diamond. You will be amazed.

don't need any of those. Our car comes with a button in the headliner that you can push in an emergency, flat tire, etc.
first thing I did was throwing away that tire sealant thing. You use it once, your tire is trashed. |

I carry around a set of jumper cables in each of our cars just in case. I have only had to use them a couple times but it’s good peace of mind knowing they are there.
Since I live in Florida a sunshade and umbrella are must haves all year round

Yeah, only use in extreme cases. I just ordered the tire repair kit for any small punctures.

Must have? That'd just be (MD) registration and insurance card.
Also carry two safety vests and red warning triangle (along with first aid kit) from ED trip.

Ooh, this is interesting. I'm seeing two different types though. Which one did you get, and is it any good?

I got one of those lithium ion battery packs that you can use to jump start a vehicle. I've not had to use it for my car yet, but had to use it on my wife's car and my Goldwing and it works well.

Does anyone keep some sort of quick detailing tools around in the trunk?
I used to have a leather cleaner/conditioner in the trunk of my 435i, but the battery of the M2 goes there, so trying to figure this one out.
