Thank you BIMMERPOST and everyone for your support!

Video was in sport+ with euro mdm programmed. Really with the wet road and cyclists I didn't push it too hard in the turns. Getting the back of the car to slide in 2nd or 3rd exiting a turn is very easy

This car is so much better looking lowered!
It seems like you're not using mp recommended "nose down" height setting? In addition, what's the compressio/rebound setting are you using? How do you like it doing mountain road? I am lowered with mp too.

How does the suspension feel?
Hey! Great mods!! I have a question, how does the new M performance coilovers feel in comparison to the standard suspension?
It would have been also awesome to know the difference between MP coilovers vs Dinans High Performance coilovers. Farah will do a One Take with M2 with Dinan suspension in the near future (he did review it but not record it because of bad weather). He said Dinans suspension was softer than the standard one. What is your impression of the M performance suspension? Wanted to say again, great choice of mods! |

passing on double lines, doubling the speed limit, racing up a mountain road that has cyclists.. seems pretty reckless. and to include a video with the speed you are actually going. looks like you are asking for a knock on your door.
car sounds great and i understand you wanted to see what its capable of but thats a lil reckless.

Is there a way to create a display like that for my e46? Not sure if the OBD is advanced enough lol It looks a lot better than jus plain footage! Great video, awesome car.

Hindsight is usually 20/20, and let's be honest all of us have driven that way or worse atleast a few times... I guess not many have made a video. With that said though... I am happy with how the video turned out No regrets so far, I doubt you'll have any either Quote:
Sorry, I honestly don't know. I'm sure there is a way but maybe the data read wont be as smooth or fast.

Norcalmav23 love the car and nice video. How did you overlay the speedo, tach and boost gauge onto your video?

Thank you . I used TrackAddict pro, which is designed by the same people that created RaceRender. TrackAddict takes the data from your OBD reader, and RaceRender turns the data into gauges. Syncing the video with the data was the hard part. Boost gauge was custom. I was able to figure it out by digging through their product support forums. Luckily I saved the template so it will be easy to replicate. Lastly, I used Movie Maker (free) to take the RaceRender files and turn them into a video with clips that jump around etc. All of this probably sounds intimidating, but really with decent planning, knowledge, "and no time constraints" you can figure it out in one night. Getting all of this dialed in before I went to the track was probably 25% of why I even made this video. In what I learned from that one night, if I were to do it all again I could probably do it in 2 hours.

With that said, the warmest day I've had out here where I had data and driven the car hard. It was about 75 degrees and I couldn't get a reading above 90 degrees
