Looking for MSRP allocation (ED a plus but not necessary)
Can anybody pm me an allocation at a dealer and isn't marking up?
Euro delivery not critical given the way it has been embraced by some dealers but it is a nice to have. The local dealer whose list I was on hit my name but was seeking over msrp, at which I passed. thank you Last edited by five3three; 07-22-2018 at 11:47 AM.. |

I was just chatting with a salesman at Chapman BMW in Chandler AZ a few days ago, he said they are selling comps at MSRP. He said they have 8 people on the wait list and the first four are already being built.
They also had 3 2018s on the lot, which he said he would sell for MSRP but no discounts. |

Good luck to that dealer for selling non-comp M2 at MSRP.
That car is 1 yr old by the time it rolls out the parking lot, not to mention RV and MF on any BMW suck big time right now. |

533, your phone may be your best bet. Start calling around. Tell them you're not looking to get on a list, but to BUY the car the moment an allocation is available. Good luck. I started calling for an allocation slot the same day I read about the M2C coming to market... so, you're a bit behind the curve.
I think the spate of new reviews of the M2C will make getting one even a bit more work, vs. if the reviews said "M2C is a loser, buy a Kia Rio and chip it". |

Oh I definitely was on a list pretty early on but ended up getting hit with an above msrp request when my time came that I turned down. I have definitely had to do that in the past (reaching out to tons of dealers) but haven't had the time to do so yet. |

Since you're in DC, there appears to be a 2018 AW M2 with Executive and DCT at MSRP in central PA.

I have an amendable week 42 allocation for $1000 under MSRP, but it is up in CT (45 miles from NYC). I have a separate thread on it, but shoot me a PM if you are interested and I can get you the contact info of my CA.
