Deeechun reports in the wk 32 thread that a week 34 car is already on a boat ....
Any other 33'ers or 34'ers on a boat yet? According to the automated line, my car is still at port waiting for a boat. |

I encourage everyone else in this thread who's waiting ... check your production number. On the Torino. |

I think I've been left behind at port. Here's the WWL link: https://www.2wglobal.com. Then click on "Track and trace". Oh - I think you meant check your VIN (not production number) on the WWL site - right? I tried last 7 of vin, full vin and production number - all returned "no records found". You've all ditched me! |

Edit: According the K-line schedule for Bosporus Highway updated 8/25, it is scheduled for Galveston 9/10. Also for anyone waiting, MyBMW was 4 days behind. Last edited by Mosely; 08-29-2017 at 02:46 PM.. |

On the same ship as you. Genius told me 9/13 but ship tracker shows 9/10. Either way I'm assuming a delay given the severity of things going on. As someone that used to live in the area... The problem isn't the port I bet but traffic in,out, and through Houston along with the back log of ships waiting to off load. |

I'm actually living in Houston now, should probably update my profile. That sounds about right though, West Coast is generally 10-20 days more.

Hang in there man. You sure it isn't on something and genius is behind? Mine was a few days behind too. Not sure if all the hurricane activity is affecting shipping schedules either.

That's not always true, but hopefully it is in your case. The boat with my car, Don Quijote, stopped twice in Europe before reaching Baltimore - and then stopped further north up the coast before heading south for the canal, which probably added 4-5 days to the trip to California. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the number of cars on board; the Don Quijote only had 699, but it would hold more than 7,000 according to the boat's spec sheet. Who knows what else was on the boat with the BMWs and MINIs? It certainly wouldn't have sailed across the Atlantic at only 10% capacity.

Nope, you are not alone. Another week 33 here on the west coast waiting for a ship. My car has been at the port waiting since around 8/23 or so. I keep checking, but no change. Talking to the Genius is starting to take away all hope a ship will be coming! Like you, I have high hopes for the Fedora.

Assuming we get on the Fedora, I don't think we'll have confirmation until Sep 2 or 3 ..... I've been poking around on the WWL site - and it seems like it takes a couple of days *after* a ship departs port before it even shows up on the WWL site. You can do a wild card search and see all the M2's currently on WWL boats. There are a few people on here that are on the Torino - and they learned about being on the boat 2 days after the Torino left Bremerhaven. Edit: Enter this "WBS1J5C56JVA1%" in the Cargo Id field, and you can get a view on all recent activity of M2's on WWL boats. Last edited by jjclyde; 09-01-2017 at 03:01 PM.. |

I'm W37, and am getting ready to track boats. I'm a bit premature I know, since my car won't even complete production until 09/13, but I want to be ready...
I noticed that the Fedora left Bremerhaven at 10.30 Pacific time; just over an hour ago. I'd have liked to have seen it leave port on the Webcam, but it looks like I missed that.
