Color Match Spoiler
I read somewhere that someone was able to get a m perf style spoiler color match instead of carbon fiber. I don't really like CF on BSM and I don't want to pay for CF just to paint over it. Any Ideas?

Yup, my MG (B39) was not on the list either. Emailed them first before pulling the trigger and all they said was just put the color code on your notes when you order. Just fyi Not sure if they are pre-made but I got mine 2 days later from taiwan via dhl. super fast I just haven't gotten around putting them. Maybe this coming week.

If anyone is wondering about quality of item. Here is mine installed. The form is not exactly the same as the OEM CF Performance but I think they are great and the paint job and match is very good. For the price I don't think you can go wrong. definitely better than stock.

They can match some paints better than others... Ordered a Melbourne Red spoiler from them and the match was horrible, to be fair they said they would have problems with it though but I ordered it anyway so no fault on their end. Just make sure they say that your color is possible to match good.

Was right about the pull the trigger on the OEM CF one and was going to have it painted. Saw this and placed an order, sent a note with the C16 color code for LBB after seeing AGM2's pics...thanks for those. For $99 its worth a shot, will post my thoughts when it arrives

Hi Transcon,

I've shot through a question to the seller, but I'm interested in how you go with fitting it. The M2 has a small lip on the lid, so I'm curious as to how this spoiler copes with that. If you could share your experience, it'd be great! Cheers, |

Received the spoiler today and though the fit and finish is great the color match of the C16 paint (LBB) is way off. Overall good paint quality but way to far off for me to install. I emailed the seller and they responded promptly for more pictures so they could find a solution. For $99 I can't be too upset but am waiting to see what they are willing to do to remedy the situation. I will keep updating on what happens as, from my initial impression of the piece, this looks to be a great alternative at a great price. |

That was my first thought but I checked and they confirmed I sent them C16 for LBB. Still working with them but will say the seller has been very helpful, they offered for me to ship it back to Taiwan and repaint it or refund me $30 (out of $99) to get it painted myself. Need to check what a good shop would charge to spray the one piece the correct color. Still really like the look of it

^ This difference is really clear in this particular shot. I'm with you - I wouldn't fit it either. BTW, how do you actually fit it ... do you have to remove the stock spoiler..? And if so, do they provide any instructions on how you are supposed to do that..? |
