Carrera 2CS Cab (997.1) as a DD.

I'm not giving up my M3 E93 and its glorious revving V8.

Waiting for an allocation M2CS, unless the P-Dealer receives an allocation for the new GT3 with manual tranny. Fourth on the list. Then I will be in a lot of trouble.

I am a MANUAL nut, but I agree that for the track the GT3.2 would be hard to pass on with the PDK-S

I had a 2016 Cayman S that I sold after getting my M2. I really didn't need both cars and the M2 won out because of the back seat. The Cayman is a superior car and drove like nothing else I have ever owned. It handled way better than the M2 and I preferred the PDK transmission over the M DCT. I also had a 2008 Carrera S some years ago too, which was a great car too but nothing compared to my Cayman. The Porsche brand is second to none and the Cayman was the best sports car I have ever had but the M2 has close to the performance and I can put my daughter in the back seat

Had 2 Spyders before the M2, both great cars. Really like the M2 though!

I really feel like I've been bitten by the Porsche bug here as of late. I've been searching for clean 997.2 C2S's, but I really love the look of the 981 Cayman's. If I had my druthers, I'd buy a GT4, but funds do not allow that at this point in my life. I love my M2, but can't help get that feeling of trying something new. I've had 5 BMW's (4 of which have been/are M Cars). I know dmboone25 went from an M235i (which I knew he wasn't 100% fond of) to a 981 Cayman S, now to a ZCP F80. I'm actually thinking about my next car already (as most car guys do) and I'm thinking P-Car, but a 2018 F80 ZCP is on my mind too. Damn, these threads don't help my car ADD!!!

Really jealous of you guys. I gave up searching for a GT4 and decided to "settle" for a m2. The gt3 is the ultimate goal.

I loved the 981 CS. It was the best car I've ever owned - and the sound was an 11 on a 10 point scale.

But it was not practical for my only car - for a multiple of reasons, I am now in the F80 ZCP. It is also an excellent car - I wish I had a third garage bay and more disposable income. The 981 CS + F80 ZCP would be the perfect combo for a car dedicated to thrashing only, plus a great DD that also has a very high level of capabiltY and performance.

I hope that I can have both someday. Just not there yet.

Anyone around here with some loose change I can borrow? I'm a little short this month and the auction is on the 27th.

Thanks for the compliment. The spoiler is the Porsche Sport Design Ducktail. It came from the factory on mine, along with the SD front spoiler and SD steering wheel (as part of a package). They definitely sell it separately though, as Suncoast Porsche online has it for $2k unpainted.
