20" Tire Fitment
I just ordered a set of Vorsteiner V-FF's 20X9 F (offset 25)/20X10.5 (offset 37).
I'm shopping for tire sizes and have been told that 245/30/20 F & 275/30/20 R are ideal. My car is on stock suspension so would a 285/30/20 R fit without rubbing? TY. |

Just a few days ago i had the same thoughts as you. I now have 245/30ZR20 and 275/30ZR20.
My front wheels are 9x20 ET 25 and rears are 10x20 ET40 I decided to only go up to 275 rear because I want the natural behaviour of the car to be the same. The front is now 5mm wider on each side compared to stock and rear is the same width with only 10mm wider tires. In my opinion this nearly should keep the balance between front and rear as it was when stock. I don't want the front to tend to understeer which would be the case if you leave the front 245 and go up to 285 or even 295. You would have more grip at the rear than at the front which could cause understeer and this would be the last you want in a car like the M2. |

Wheel's ended up being 20X9 ET 30 F and 20X10.5 ET 37 R. Had them mounted with 245/30 F and 275/30 R over the weekend and am happy with how it looks & rides so far. I was considering springs but the gap in the rear looks nice as is. The front is a little more than I would consider ideal but I can live with how it looks.

A nice wheel and they look pretty easy to clean...any idea of the weight vs the stock wheel?
