Ditching Run Flat Tyres - Better?
Has anyone ditched the run-flats for normal tires?
Potholes are ruining my ride, would love something a bit less stiff |

As stated above the M2 does not have runflat tires, to the best of my knowledge no M car does because they have stated in the past they cannot get the performance required of an M Car. I had a E90 330I which came with run flats, as soon as I switched to regular tires the cars handling and ride improved tremendously. While runflats have improved since then I would not have a car with them. It's not a coincidence that they are rarely found on any car these days.

After 6 month of ownership I noticed the best ride quality improvement I could do, was to live outside the UK and move somewhere in mainland Europe where they have proper roads... then I swear it doesn't feel stiff at all, car feels much sharper too. XD
