Spring 2018 model upgrade news ?
Can we expect to hear some M2 Competition/CS news in the next 2-3 weeks?
I would expect BMW to issue their customary annual press release regarding model upgrade measures for Spring this year as they have done for the last few years. 2013 - 14th January 2014 - 22nd January 2015 - 14th January 2016 - 14th January 2017 - 16th January What do we think? |

M2 Competition will be lauched on April with 410 PS and 500 Nm from a detuned S55 engine. To be ordered from summer.
I've read the news from a site which cited BMW Blog. Singapore Grey and Sunset Orange are the new colours available. Last edited by vladberca; 01-02-2018 at 05:08 AM.. |

Singapore this and Sunset that... I'm sure they're delightful. But the M2 deserves (needs!) Individual Paint. I'm first in line for a 6MT M2 if BMW gives the thumbs up on Imola or Dakar.

Imola and Dakar are additional wet dreams. BMW has produced the 2 series in Melbourne red , but has not put this color on the M2. BMW has not dared to put a color like yellow on Any 1 or 2 series model. The 1 series got Valencia orange and sunset seems to be the same treatment for the 2 series. Is Austin yellow still available for the M3 or M4? If so I believe that's the only model one can order in yellow from BMW right now ? Oh wait .. how about the new X2 ? |

I actually love that M2 is so basic. 4 colors. Basic interior.
What I want to know.....specs on engine and if there are any changes to suspension. |

I have been thinking of doing a Dakar yellow wrap since before I even received the car. Now that I have it, I don't really give it away to an wrapper
