Where did you get the work done? I am looking for recommendations on someone local for tint and coating. Will be getting the xpel done up at extreme colors right after pcd.

I went to Auto Pain Guard in tampa. Ryan is the owner and is very helpful. I think the result looks fantastic. Took about a day and a half for the coating and tint.

Picked up car today. Xpel and tint next week. Snow forecast for tomorrow so this baby will be garaged until it's gone. The car does sound awesome even at low revs.

I would also recommend Auto Paint Guard in Tampa... They did tint and PPF on my last car. I am very OCD about my cars and I was pleased. They do good work. When I get my M2 I will be taking it to them for protection.

Tint

If you are Ottawa and you have not tinted your car, check out Golding on colonnade Rd. I bought my M2, 2017 BSM and I had it tinted with the ceramic ultimate type. I had 40% front which is the legal limit in Ontario, the rest of the 100%. Color is black. I also had wrap for the entire front and mirrors and rocker panels...used Xpel. Anyhow, check out Golding..Otto's BMW Center uses them to all their tinting. It my M2 on Dec 23, 2016. Had it transported to my house here in Pickering.

This first pic was taken 2 days post delivery, halfway through our 500km holiday trip. Just after I snapped it, outside the worst roadside cafe in NSW, some 12 year old kid took a photo of my car as well.

Looks great man. Thanks for showing the black M2 badge on your MG; been trying to decide if it'll look good/pop enough.

I got Geyon MOHS+, Geyon Phobic and leather cleaner and shield on the inside. The leather in my MY17 looks to be of a higher quality than in my 328i, it's softer and less shiny, so I wanted to keep that and the Geyon leather products came out really nicely.

No problem. It pops most on a white car, but I actually got it because I didn't want the hassle of de-badging and then re-badging later on and I wanted a slightly more subtle look. I would have de-badged the front, but my car came with the from M2 badge as a moulded part of the grille, instead of that little screw on thing I've seen on other cars, so I just swapped the grille surrounds.
