Who else is on TORTUGAS (30-AUG-2016)

Looks like I made it on to the TORTUGAS that left Bremerhaven 30-AUG-2016 and due into New Youk 14-SEP-2016. I see there look to be 18 ///M2's on this ship from what I can tell (see below). One gets off in Nove Scotia, the rest look New York bound. Who else is on this ride?

Shouldn't be an issue, the TORTUGAS will barely have left Europe by then...

As I advised Nantucket, call BMW Assist directly @ 1-800-493-4070 and they'll hook you up. Don't waste your time trying to create your account on the app or calling your dealer, they have to do it.

Yes, tried to call them before. They keep telling me that they cannot help me as I'm in Canada, and to call my dealer.

In addition, I've been trying to set myself up with the Connected Drive account on their web portal, but can never complete the setup. When I try to login, it pops up with a dialog box saying the T&Cs have changed and I have to accept. However, even after I click the accept button, it just keeps popping up with the same T&Cs.

That's weird Nantucket just called today and he's all set up. I'd call back and try again, ask them for your username and password and go from there.

Try calling the number again.The first time I called an agent answered that only looked after US cars.He told me to call the number for Canada and the number he gave me was the exact same number that I had just called.This time it was an agent that looked after Canadian cars.All the agents are in the US.The second agent that I talked to that set it up was in Ft Lauderdale.I just gave her my name,e mail address and VIN number and she found my info in the system.She called me back in an hour with my password that I was able to log into the app with.The password is a series of numbers and the user name is your e mail address.

I know we all want our car, and it's exciting to know your finally on a ship, BUT this one is not going to California. You can see the port of calls in this thread.

Found out today I'm on the boat.

BMW Genius 1.844.4GENIUS (844-443-6487) originally gave me my production number, then the VIN after production started, and finally the bill of lading, reference# and shipping company/ship name info after it made the port.

Thanks guys, I asked bmw genius once before for my vin number and he said they couldn't obtain one for me. Not sure if he was just being lazy or what but i will try again today
Edit: called again a moment ago and received all my info. Port arrival date of 9-23
