VIDEO GUIDE - Turn-Key digital gauges using an old Smartphone

Hi guys,

The iDrive gauges are cool and all, but what if you want to see critical information about your engine performance such as Oil and Coolant Temp, Boost pressure etc?

What about data logging? How about even a complete media centre solution right at your finguretips while you drive.

Here's my solution.....

I've got this mostly working... However I can't get torque pro to automatically start with the gauges up, even with start on dashboard selected in the options, when Llama starts torque, it goes to the Welcome screen.

Any trick to this? I've got an un rooted LG K8 v I'm using.... So I don't think Llama is able to effectively kill torque when it shuts down...

Also, where did you get the m theme for torque?

Thanks!

This is great, I actually use this but also incorporated it on the iDrive display by mirroring.

Did you have a full post somewhere else? I thought I saw one but can't find it now.

What did you need to get the screen mirror working?
