Cup holder delete?
I almost never drink in my cars. On my current E46 M3, I removed the cup holders and installed a euro tray. It's much more useful for me and looks a ton better than the twin cup holders it replaced. I did save the cup holders and sometimes will use them on a long trip. Very easy to swap out.
http://smg.photobucket.com/user/JDM9..._0452.jpg.html Is there something similar for the M2? While searching it looks like there's a USB port between the holders, so I'd think it'd have to accommodate that. |

Those used to come with the two series standard. They live in my cup holders. I'm making sure to keep mine when I turn in my lease and save them for my future M2.

I was looking at ECS site but did not find those listed with the 2 series stuff. Can you point me to the proper page?
Thanks, Mike

I doubt those cup holders will fit on the M2.
New cup holders are all moulded in. Kinda sucks as the older cup holder will fit in the car key.

I, for one, can not understand the motor manufacturers' obsession with these blasted cup holders. I never drink in my car.

To refer to someone type "@" and then the name of the user. e.g. @'aronis (without the ' ) M2wolf This is also a non-oem option for the key-holder Price is a bummer but it looks kinda nice http://shop.ac-schnitzer.co.uk/key-holder-6562-p.asp |

Yes M2 has the same interior, but the cup holders or so I've been told by the parts manager that the ashtray is different. Thus those cups from the M235i do not fit in the M2. Can you pls. take some photos if you've managed to fit them on the M2 ?

Same here - no food or drinks in it. I had my last car for almost 4 years & 19K miles - interior smelled like leather unless I had to park it in the sun, after which it had new car smell.

Nor do I normally... but there's always someone uncouth (my daughter) who insists on eating in it... and then there's the slobber on the inside of the rear windows (not my daughter this time, I'm glad to say)
