Now that the color choices are confirmed...
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com One thing I've found strange is that there have been test mules in what looks like Melbourne Red, but that is apparently not one of the approved colors. |

I will likely pick AW. It seems fitting in a "focused" car. "Who cares about paint color...I just want to drive it!"
LBB stands a chance too depending if I can see one in person first. I prefer the unique colors, but so far in pictures it's not doing it for me. |

Alpine White. It's a shame LBB is so ugly in person, I like the majority of BMWs Blues. I know they are trying to keep it unique and fresh with new colors but they really missed the mark with Yas and Long beach.

I'm bored, so I guess I'll play. I realize it's about colors, but I might as well show my modding plans too:
Long Beach Blue, with minimal options Swift springs. Awesome on my E92, drop looks really good on the M3/4 so far M-Performance CF lip and rear spoiler Leaving the grilles chrome to match my other cars These wheels most likely when I get bored of the OEM wheels with spacers. Forgestar F14 SDC in gunmetal with red caps, unless I can find a smoking deal on HRE's like I did with my current set: Probably no power mods until towards the end of the warranty period. Then downpipes and hopefully a proper tune. So far, I'm also pretty happy with the way the OEM exhaust sounds in the videos. Due to lack of cloth seats available, I'd also consider a set of BMW M-Performance seats with matching blue stitching as the rest of the interior in the distant future: Where I'll get the cash for all these mods, I have no idea. I just spent way too long day dreaming

It's doable, but a very expensive proposition. It would be cheaper to just go Recaros or another aftermarket brand to be honest. We'll see, this is all in the very distant future. None of us even have the car yet

Mineral Grey is currently winning over LBB and AW. Had AW on my E36 M3 and i looked great when clean. My 135 is LMB, and I would love a Estoril Blue II M2 but if it is not offered, MG is going to win.

Depends how bad you want the integrated side / thorax airbag. That's the main disadvantage of going with an aftermarket seat.

LBB. Because it looks like anodized blue aluminum. Plus, It'll look great with CF bits and my dark matte bronze Works, if the Works will even fit lol

I don't like LBB or BSM... MG is a nice color, but I suppose I feel BMWs look really great in white, so I wouldn't pay extra for a color choice I wasn't thrilled about.

It will definitely be Long Beach Blue for me.After seeing the pics of the Atlantis Blue M3,which Long Beach Blue looks very similar to,I know it will really show the sporty design of the M2.That's the beauty of these lighter blue colors, they show every curve and angle of the design of the car.
Here is a pic of the Atlantis Blue M3. |
