The holy trinity of mountain passes! They are easily found on Google Maps and are all connected. My suggestion is to do it in the following sequence: Furka, Grimsel, Susten.

For your info this year the passes actually opened pretty late. The Susten Pass was only opened less than 2 weeks ago. There were a lot of storms and rainfall at high altitudes generate snow. So best plan for your ED mid June onwards.
