It shouldn't be too far off from 2.1bar all round (hot) I guess.

that's way too high. next time try lowering it to a bit over 30 and you'll see huge improvements.

I ran 36 psi at the start with ambient at 50F and after three runs on a tight course I was up to 37.5psi. I chalked the tires and they looked good. The front right did seem to roll a bit more. It was the first event of the season and my first autox in the M2. I will start with a little lower pressure next time.
I also found sport + worked great for autox. I took all the nannies off (DSC off) for my last run did a partial spin out and the back end was moving around a lot more. I will need to learn the art of drifting if I try that again. Curious what others are doing for autox. |

I have actually run on pretty high pressures since the wait between runs is so long that the tires cool down and really dont heat up that much on the short runs.
IMHO Traction mode works surprisingly good but DSC fully off gives a slight edge although necessitating some extra care. In traction mode you can be a bit more sloppy with the gas pedal |

I ran 37 front and 35 rear. I think I will drop the tire pressure down a bit next event. I ran sport + and felt like the car was pulling power trying to come out fast out of turns.

(FYI Billy and Pat both loved the M2 at Evo Challenge school. At one point Pat said "I don't normally comment on one car over another but this car is fantastic") |
