Dealer taking deposits on msrp ED delivery?

Hi guys - I've been on two deposit lists that didn't explicitly state ED was an option but the sales guys gave an indication it would be fine. Now I'm told BMW NA is not giving the dealership credit for ED cars so the only option is US delivery.

I've seen other threads on the topic but my question is:

Does anyone know of a dealership taking deposits for a European Delivery car?

It's between CA, God and BMW AG who knows why M2 ED is like splitting water at this point. I asked my CA, and he said no. I baited him about markup above ED MSRP and still say no. Again I am talking 2018 MY, some people maybe lucky back then to did ED for 2016 MY and 2017 MY

I put down a deposit about 2 months ago and just got the call back for ED allocation at Euro MSRP. Once I call her back and lock it in tomorrow I'll be more than happy to share my dealer.
