OG M2 Ground Clearance
does anyone know what is causing the ground clearance of the OG M2 to be higher than the M2C considering the same suspension components? Even the f80 platforms have lower ground clearance (i.e. front bumper design?):
OG M2: 123mm (stock) M2C/CS/F80: Stock 118mm I checked the strut mounts/spring perches and though they are differ part numbers, they are dimensionally the same (including height) and just have a few more reinforced areas and provisions for the aluminum brace. Left (OG M2); Right is (M2C/CS/F80) [url=https://flic.kr/p/2puBM73] [url=https://flic.kr/p/2puBM6S] [url=https://flic.kr/p/2puBM6M] [url=https://flic.kr/p/2puDTKJ] |

OG M2 has lower weight than M2C (but same springs as you noted), so that's a factor.

Ground clearances are always going to vary slightly from vehicle to vehicle depending on various conditions (weight, part tolerances, tire pressures, etc.). 0-10mm of difference from vehicle to vehicle is usually considered normal.
