Maybe I missed it but is there a direct M2 kit yet or are people still fitting m235I kits? Googled M2 eibach pro and nothing came up. Link to eibach M2 specific kit please.

So this links to a set and page that doesn't say anything about the M2, but it is for sure the right one? |

I see what you say, but as long as it shows the part number ITEM # E10-20-035-01-22 you are good.

I've been considering lowering the car as stock seems to be just a bit too high. So it looks like eibach springs are the way to go? How much lower are you guys lowering it? Also are spacers necessary after the car is lowered? Also it looks like an alignment is necessary after all this is done?
I'm just trying to figure out all the steps and options coming from stock. Last edited by D CHOI; 12-01-2016 at 06:13 AM.. |

http://www.aptuned.com/blog/coilover...ts-better.html K&W, Dinan, MPerformance, Ohlin and a host of others make good coilover kits. Price independent, as the article explains coilovers are a better way to lower a car. But in my view, I wouldn't spend for those unless you are going to hit the track a bunch. If what you want instead is a little reduction in body roll and smaller gaps in the wheel wells, go with springs. H&R and Eibachs are both good bets, and much cheaper than coilover kits. Those who have tried both on this car seem to say Eibachs are less stiff, with about the same drop, but don't reduce roll as much. But if you are worried a lot about roll, you are likely a trackstar, and should go with coilovers anyway... |

I am going with Eibachs, and nothing else, at least at first. For me, while I might take this car to my track now and then (probably will not be able to avoid the temptation even if I tried) I have another car that is my track machine. |

Also curious to see if camber kit is needed and I'll have to see based of people's experience with the car here. |
