I'm not sure of this but if you look at the mperformance part for the 2 series they sell just the plate your looking for but for a standard automatic tranny for way less ($105 at BMW Parts Pro), there looks like a chance it may fit. If you can find the part locally at a dealer you can test fit it without risking shipping.
