IND | Alpineweiss LCI F87 M2
BMW has used LCI as an acronym for “Life Cycle Impulse.” What this means to consumers and fans of the brand, is an update consisting of a series of changes made during the production years of a given chassis. The M2 coupe ushered in an assortment of updates to the car's chassis with the LCI model; most noticeably new headlights, LED taillights, and a digital gauge cluster amongst others. As a vehicle that many modern day enthusiasts regard as an homage to the more analog M cars that came before it, the update was very well received by the community. When a client approached us to outfit his LCI M2 with a suite of exterior modifications right after taking delivery, we were eager to get to work. At the front of the M2, RKP supplied it's upper carbon fiber front lip which perfectly complemented the sharp body lines and the hexagonal halo rings in the LCI headlights. Derived from the M4 GTS factory front lip, the RKP counterpart adds functional appearance and looks at home on the front fascia of the M2. Chrome has been a mainstay on the front grilles and assorted trim pieces of most BMW factory vehicles to date. With the mission of eliminating the chrome and setting a contrasting color scheme on the vehicle, the front grilles, front grille M2 emblem, side grilles, and the M2 trunk emblem were replaced with painted pieces from IND. On the rear of the vehicle, the RKP carbon fiber trunk spoiler and diffuser continue the contrasting color scheme agasinst the Alpine White paint and give an aggressive, yet purposeful look. To top off the suite of exterior modifications, the unsightly front reflectors were replaced with IND's OEM painted couterparts, with gloss black painted Acexxon honeycomb reflector inserts replacing the rear reflectors. The suspension of the M2 is nothing to scoff at. When BMW set out to design the vehicle, it set a clear goal to place the chassis dynamics along with power delivery above all else in the vehicle. In order to preserve the factory characteristics of the vehicle's suspension and give a slightly lower stance as our customer desired, there was only one place to turn: the KW HAS Kit. The kit retains the stock dampers, replacing the springs and supplies height adjustable sleeves / spring perches allowing the customer to set a ride height of their choosing. Macht Schnell 10mm spacers were installed on the front and rear of the vehicle to visually complement the new ride height and give the M2 a wider track. We've attached photos of the vehicle below for your enjoyment!

I love it! Not 100% sold on the lip spoiler, though... I think it could look better painted. For whatever reason it ends too abruptly for my taste.
