Is this normal? I know the car isn't super common, but I didn't think it was this bad. I've only contacted Oregon and Washington dealerships so far. Might start trying Idaho, Nevada and California too. So far the only dealers to respond are:

Kuni BMW - 1+ year wait, most likely for MY19, $1k deposit, US MSRP
Seattle BMW - 9-12 month wait, $5k deposit, ED MSRP
Portland BMW - no wait, no deposit, $5k over MSRP

My ultimate goal is pickup in Germany around August/September 2018. I thought I was ahead of the curve, but I guess these things are popular.

If anybody knows of any dealerships on the west coast that could get me an ED M2 this time next year, please PM me. Thanks for the advice/feedback!
Yes, I think this can be easily done (out on Highway 61 )

Sent you a PM.

I'm looking at ordering an M2 for September 1st delivery sometime soon. I thought I had an allocation set up at a dealership in Boise, but it fell through so now I'm back in the market.

Does anybody have any recommendations for dealerships that have a good track record with ED? Pretty much every dealership in Washington and Oregon won't do it for some reason or another. At this point, I'm willing to go as far down as San Diego to get this car ordered though ED.

*I have one lead at Scott Peterson BMW, though I don't know if it will pan out yet.

Thanks for the help!
No dealer wants to do ED on an M2C. Some have even said BMWNA won’t let them.

N55 M2 will be discontinued at the end of June 2018. If you are flexible with your time frame, you can try to find a dealer that still has an allocation available for June. I can PM you the contact info for my dealer, if you want.

I'd stay away from Kuni. Not to be trusted.

Try Kendall in Bend.

Sorry, but yes. If you really want an N55 M2, you should be able to get one in the US at a good discount though.
