My CA told me when I asked that it could be anywhere from 2-4 days for the car to clear customs. With shipping to AZ from the California port, the car could be at the dealership by the of end of Sept or latest 1st week of October time frame. Again this is best guess.

Spoke to my SA today and said our m2's might actually make it to Oxnard a day or two early. Any truth to that?

I really don't know, I have been tracking it online and the THEMIS is due in Panama on the 16th. I don't know how long it will take to travel from Panama to Oxnard, but I am hoping it will be sooner than the 21st.

Originally, the Themis was scheduled to reach Oxnard/Port Hueneme on September 23. Now, a couple of members have heard from their CAs that the arrival date will be September 21, which is 2 days earlier than planned. So, perhaps this is what your SA was referring to? -scr

I will be doing the BMW M track day session in Palm Springs (Thermal Club) 2 days after the car arrive in Oxnard, hopefully it will be waiting for me at the dealer when I get back to San Francisco Sounds like the best weekend of the year !!

I made the ship. It should arrive in Southern California on Sept 23. Hopefully, I will have it the 1st or 2nd week in October. I just hope it doesn't have the defective disc in the differential.

The CA's for a couple of other members informed them that the Themis was scheduled to arrive in Oxnard on the 21st, i.e., 2 days earlier than originally scheduled. Check replies earlier in this thread for details. Regards. -scr

I'm crossing my fingers that it'll arrive in Oxnard tomorrow, however, I'm thinking the ship won't arrive until the weekend. The last update from the ship was on the 18th right outside the Panama Canal. I read somewhere that it takes anywhere from 4-5 days to get to CA from Panama so it doesn't seem plausible that the Themis could get to Port Hueneme by tomorrow.
