I'd say that from what I've read, without a doubt, the Apex wheels are superior for tracking because of size, and durability. Lastly, you'd probably have to be Senna to notice a difference in your track times by just using lightweight wheels. Yes, lighter is better, but prudence is better than lightweight IMO. |

Apex wheels come up for sale here quite often, maybe just hawk the FS forum and jump on a set as soon as you can.

Signature/BC Forged also make great forged track wheels...in any width/offset you pick. I believe a set of 19's is sub $4k still.
