I don't, but I've seen a few guys here that do.

The problems I've seen/read are that the front offset being so low that there is rubbing with wider tires, and if you have the 2NH brake package and catch a stone between the wheel/caliper and cause a score (common), BBS recommends that you replace the wheel because the barrel is so thin that the score compromises the integrity of the wheel.

I'd say that from what I've read, without a doubt, the Apex wheels are superior for tracking because of size, and durability.

Lastly, you'd probably have to be Senna to notice a difference in your track times by just using lightweight wheels. Yes, lighter is better, but prudence is better than lightweight IMO.

Thanks for quick responding I’m
Hearing same. Apex has some serious back order issues . I wish. They would do a 19” forged in a sm 10 that would exept a good track tire set up

I wouldn't put a set of FI-R on the track due the abuse. Apex, BimmerWorld would be better choices.

Apex wheels come up for sale here quite often, maybe just hawk the FS forum and jump on a set as soon as you can.

Rear offset is the issue with the FI-R 9.5/10.5 set

295 rear will most likely rub under deep compression, even on stock suspension

Signature/BC Forged also make great forged track wheels...in any width/offset you pick. I believe a set of 19's is sub $4k still.
