A big shout out for AST as a company. I have had the AST Litchfield kit on my car for 18m or more and 10,000+ miles. Its been superb, I popped in to see litchfield and while I was there I asked them to check the suspension as I have a very slight 'knock' over sleeping policemen small but thought I may have a slightly loose top mount of something. still handles very well only when traversing lumpy terrain slowly

Anway :

Thursday 12th Litchfield say they found a worn drop link
Friday I call AST and explain, they say they will call next week as they are the AutoSport show
Monday the phone rings, I explain, send a few pictures, very helpful chap
Tuesday I am told it will be covered under warranty and they need my address and will confirm delivery times
Thursday I am told four new links are being couriered to an address of my choice on a next day delivery FOC

That's what I call customer service !
