M2C with M Performance suspension, alignment specs?

I have an M2C with the M performance suspension installed by an independent shop. I live pretty far from a dealership. My tires are all wearing very heavily on the insides. I need to get another alignment done. Does any one have the BMW recommended specs for the m performance suspension? I found these on here previously, but I can't find them now. Thanks in advance.
