F87 Remus exhaust Y cable for valves

Hey all,
I just picked up a cat back Remus exhaust for my 17 M2. The exhaust uses the stock actuator for exhaust valves, but also has a Y cable to join a second valve. This exhaust didn’t come with the Y cable, would love some input from anyone that has ideas on how to get a new cable or wire up a new one.

Thanks!

Ask Remus to get you a new one or ask CG precision if you wanted to invest in a separate valve controller anyways. I believe CG can make a controller with a splitter. I highly recommend you get a valve controller for the Remus regardless - this exhaust is awesome in valves open and super quiet with valves closed.

Did it come with both valves? I don't think it would be too hard to make one, I'll try to take a look at mine tonight.

I’ve purchased a wiring harness for a 2017 340i (they have 2 valves on the stock exhaust vs one on the M2), from what I can see it is a Y cable and should fit with the valves (one from Remus and one stock that gets transferred over to the new exhaust.
Part number is 18-30-2-414-899, I’ll report back if it works so that anyone in the same spot has a fix.

Confirming that this part number works perfectly with the Remus exhaust.

Does this cable allow the drive modes to change the exhaust valves?

It certainly does! The Remus exhaust comes with one valve controller and you transfer the one on the stock exhaust over to it. Both look like the same module, do the same job and have the same cable fitment. With this setup the in car buttons open the valves when I change it to sport and close them for comfort. Happy to answer any other questions you have.
