Yeah too many posers now days. BMW was not even founded on a luxury basis but today its automatically perceived in the USA as such.
Most countries you can get low optioned BMW's with cloth interior that are normal everyday cars.

Agree with you both. This really bothers me.

And the word you guys are looking for is concentricity. The wheel needs to be concentric with the arch or it looks awkward.
