data logs

hey Guys i know this is a beatin to death subject. my car is a 2018 n55. VRSF DP, VRSF CP and intercooler, Dinan mid pipe and stock mufler. Turner intake. running BM3 Stage 2 91 tune. im also running VP octane booster. One bottle per full tank.

the reason i wanted to run some logs is cause while ripping the canyons some of my friends said under heavy throttle the car would put out a little poof of smoke. very very little they said. i think its the octane booster. cause like others posted my exhaust tips have an orange coat in them. I also plan to change the plugs more frequently. i will be running E85 very soon.

im going to post logs. can you guys take a look and give me your thoughts. all logs will be 3rd gear 2k-redline(ish). i kinda know what im looking at but not really.

any help is very much appreciated. thanks guys

heres the one clean log i got while figureing out how to data log.

You’re running out of fuel in the top end. Are you running ethanol or anything?

Need to see a log with lambda targets logged. I recommend sending that to PTF for review as fuel pressures are dropping, when they shouldn’t on an OTS.

That said your IATs are pretty low so it could just be too aggressive for the weather currently.

Yeah out side temps were high 50s I wanna say. I'm close to sea level as well.

I'll make some more pulls this Friday. I messed up 3 logs. This is the only clean one I got. I was happy to see no knock and ignition timing consistent across 6 cylinders.

I'm really curious to hear thoughts on octane booster. We all know CA fuel is garbage.

Also what's lambda?

Lambda is essentially AFR, however the deference is that, it always measure the stoich values of the different fuel types, ethanol, etc.
