Thanks mate, you've eased my anxiety slightly lol, i guess i am just concerned it won't all line up 100% again when i put it back together, i hate taking things apart lol.

Now just to wait for the slatted version to be ready.
My girl was worried as she saw me ripping it apart

Everything lined up perfectly, just be patient..

Yeah, I must apologize to those that have already ordered and paid for the slat style kit. The holidays screw up our schedule, I was originally hoping to get them produced and shipped out before the holidays...

Nevertheless, this is on the top of my agenda and I'll get them out ASAP. Thanks guys!

I am seriously thinking about doing this when I get my M2. Torn between honeycomb or slatted... Can't wait to see some pics of the slatted installed too.

Mines doesn't fit very well.
The size is a little bit diferent from stock
I can move it a lot from one side to the other.
Quality is okey but size is very bad.
I wouldn't buy a set knowing this

It doesn't look like you have fitted it properly. They need to go further back into the bumper. They look flush in your photos, which is wrong, and may explain why they move.

It is fitted properly.
It is impossible to fit it bad.
And obiusly the result is very bad for a 90$ item...
There are only 3 hole and 3 clips. No way to be wrong fit...

I think what he meant is that it doesn't look like it seated all the way inside properly and I agree. If you look at other pictures of them installed they go further in.

You are correct, not many ways to fit incorrectly, they go in one way only and there are only three holes. But if you don't push them in properly and make the clips pass the holes they won't lock and fit snug.

And from the pic you showed it looks like they didn't go all the way in.

Just to make sure, the one with R on the back goes on the right side and L goes on the left, not saying you didn't do it right.

Double check to make sure the covers are fully pressed in, all three clip points because these are new set, we made the clips like the OEM, they will require a little force to make sure they snap in and that's what hold them tight to the bumper.

If it still doesn't turn out the way they are suppose to be, I've replied your paypal refund request. Simply send them back to us, so I can take a look at them and you can get a new set (which I will test fit first) or you can have a full refund.

On a second note, the guys that received the kit, are you experiencing the same problem? I know mine, which is still on the car sits tight and fits right. Let me know if your kit has the same problem though!

Thanks!

Daniel, taking another closer look at your photos, it looks like the top part of the cover is not in completely.

Can you try giving it a little press and make sure the clips are in? Let me know, thanks!

Yes I'm 100% sure that the one that have the R go on the right and the same for the L
Ihave doble checked to make sure that it is fully in place, puching it all the way in. But still the same problem...

Daniel, I am sending you a PM.

Let me know if you want a new set (which I will test first) or a full refund. I'll take care of it for you.

Sorry they didn't work the way they are suppose to be.

Thanks

I've sent you an email. But please do check the mounting holes when you take the current set off after you receive the new set.

I am hoping you didn't damage the mounting holes on your bumper because you mentioned you snapped the OEM reflector clips when forcing them out... these mounting holes are what keep the reflectors/covers tight and snug.

Others, if you are having the same issue, please let me know ASAP. So far, this is the only case being reported out of the 60+ kits that were sold. I'll take a look at his current set when he sends them back to me.
