I wonder how the fact that the m2 has its rear subframe attached directly to its body comes into play here. Does a subframe with bushings make enough of a difference that can't be compensated with a better suspension?

Great video, very interesting - I would still have the M2 on looks alone.

Seriously though, in the review no mention of the brakes but not a bad review on the whole. Would make a cheap track day car.

He keeps saying the M135i is faster yet provides no test numbers to back that up. If you're going to do a comparison and make claims like that, then you need to actually provide test data.

Well it's basically a less robust version of the same motor, with the same turbo, so I'd expect a tune to do wonders. You could, in theory, tune the M2 to the exact same power and not risk durability as much.

I would have liked to see a stock 140 vs M2. Or a tuned 140 even.

Goddamn, that is one fugly whip.

Again, comfort mode in the M2 does not allow for a "more settled drive quality". Suspension has been fixed since 2016 and will probably remain so throughout its lifetime. So many of these youtubers still can't grasp that.
