Thanks to BMW Ocala

Finally I got my car this morning. Let me say that Frank, the business managers and the delivery person were a great team. They even gave cake, coffee mug, hats… it was a really good experience, I definitely recommend these guys. No hidden fees, no surprises on contract, everything was transparent from beginning to end.
I was originally getting the car from Reeves in Tampa in white, but I can’t be happier to get the blue one. The pictures we see in this forum don’t make it justice on how nice it looks in blue. I don’t know why people lower this car, it is perfect as it is and the sound is amazing with stock exhaust. I don’t’ have works to explain how amazing this car is. Thanks to BMW Ocala.
Frank, thank you, so much you made my buying experience great.

Congrats! Got my car a couple days ago as well with two M caps. He promised something else in the mail lol. Hopefully it's something significant. :-)

I like the cake. That's pretty cool. Oh, so is the car

I'm hoping to pick mine up this week. I'm wondering how my delivery will go. I've actually never bought a new car before, so it should be interesting.

I think a lot of dealers misunderstand (or don’t care about) the buying experience part of the equation. I think the manufactures understand it which is why they offer European Delivery and Performance Driving days as part of the delivery but the dealers, particularly when the can has limited availability, don't get it.

I explained in detail to my CA how the buying and delivery experience was an important factor for me and “he totally understood” so imagine my surprise when, 16 days from taking deliver, I discover they’d ordered the wrong car! No big deal for them, a three-month delay for me.

You are 100 percent correct.

Good on you for doing so ..

That's because salespeople often forget that each sale has importance .. instead they become more focused on moving boxes.
