alloy question

Hi, this might be a silly question... I have these wheels on my M2:

19" M Double- spoke style 437M alloy wheels/Black with
mixed tyres

Are these diamond cut? In UK, not many places repair if they are, thanks.

They have a machined face if that's what you're asking.

I don't know the answer to your question, but it sounds like you might be worried about damage to the wheels. I'm thinking you may have declined the wheel insurance. I did too, and I bought some BBS wheels with a performance all season Michelin tire for a little more than the insurance would have cost. I went with 18 inch and 40 series a little more forgiving and at least half the year I'm not exposing my M wheels to damage, if this helps....

For the most part they cannot be repaired. There are a few guys in the country who have figured out how to get the tint right on the coating to make them look decent. The three guys I talked too said they wouldn't guarantee anything. I ended up replacing the wheel I curbed for 750 bucks.
