Do all 4 stock wheels fit in the M2 back seat and trunk with seats down?

took delivery in the winter and dropped off my rims at the dealership and then took home the stock wheels in the X3. I was curious if anyone has already tried to stuff the stock 19's in the backseat and trunk and if it fits and if any special stacking jenga tetris style is needed?

To confirm yes they do. Just did it. What's interesting is that only one actually fits in the trunk. the rest go in the back seat with two stacked and one on the side.

I found through the trunk to be easiest and push them forward and then arrange through passenger side.

There is a thread with pics detailing how to fit them in your backseat:

A little overkill... if you need a thread to help you get tires in the car I'm worried about you behind the wheel.

I just put 6 tires in my M2. 4 winters on rims (255 on 19's) and two stock 245's.
One in trunk, 4 in back seat on side stacked two high, one on a blanket in front seat. All in tire bags. Car was loaded.

Pretty normal tire size. Hoosier R6 mounted on 18x10 Apex EC7 wheels. They were my former E90 M3 track wheels but somehow fits the M2 (barely).

interesting - i thought they must be a special application like track tires as that kind of width and that low of a profile seemed odd to me. the only track setup i had was for my STI and i used the dunlop star specs but that was still only 255 or 265 and I think 40 side wall 18's.

Damn I have no idea how you fit that in. I loaded 3 wide vertically with one in the boot. Then lots of poly insulation and octopus straps to make sure no rubbing. It was snug when I'd finished

Tipped my rear seat down, lay tires on their side. Loaded all 4 from passengers side with front seat all the way forward.
Did have to move drivers seat ahead an inch or two to fit without any rubbing.

The pic above has the tires standing up, that's harder to do and they move around more (hence the straps)

Lay them down instead of standing up, stack 2 on one side two on the other. It's even easier if you take out the seat bottom cushion which just snaps in and out in 3 seconds.

That's 4x 19x9 boxed, plus there's a 255/35R19 Michelin PSS in the front passenger seat.

The giant hatch is going to be missed, but usable rear seats are one of the reasons I want an M2.

I wish we would get a clownshoe style M2 hatch (similar to the European 1er hatchback)... would be so nice.
