D-Force LTW5s?
Anyone tried a set of D-Force wheels yet? I was looking at doing a simple 18" wheel setup, maintaining stagger but with maybe 10mm wider tire at both ends. A nice stock(ish) autocross setup with RE71-Rs or BFG Rival S 1.5s. Looks like 18 x 9 ET41 would be a perfectly stock ET29 with a 12mm spacer up front, and 18 x 10 ET43 is so close to stock ET40 in the rear that it wouldn't matter. I've never owned, but always respected these. Cheap and strong.
Anyone on them? Pics? |

I cannot verify fitment, however I've seen cracking issues when the ltw5 are used hard, whether on the streets or track. It goes the same with Kosei K1's, but they are cheap and replaceable. As long as you dont mind the occasional inspection and risk of failure during long stints.

Yeah, I'm running Apex Arc-8s on my E36 M3, and had EC-7s on an E90 M3. And those were pretty bullet-proof. I guess in the end, spending a little more will likely eliminate some headaches. Just wondered if anyone had good experiences with the D-Forces. I do track and autocross, so need to trust them completely.
