Wireless Charging

Does anyone know how the wireless charging feature works? Are there certain compatible phones? I have an iPhone-7 and can?t seem to get this to work.

The reason it doesn't work is because iPhone 7 does not have wireless charging, only iPhone 8 or X do.

Get yourself a Qi charging pad to make your iPhone 7 compatible. They are inexpensive.

Yes it works, as well as any other phone using Qi.
