Track car. Great for racing, but not for DD.
I would like to see more clips with it on the 'ring

I'd guess it's for triggering the (communication) radio's microphone.

This car ran in the 24H Nurburgring this year, and Gran Turismo sponsors a ton of different race events (ie Pikes Peak, 24H 'ring, D1GP), usually opting for the entire field to run their windshield banners.

I get it that for track use it is faster. Still, not seeing 3 pedals in a performance vehicle saddens me.

Guess I'm one who is still holding onto a past era and am probably considered a dinosaur

If you are competing against guys who use dct, pdk, ect, you have no other choice. Faster shift times can somewhat make up for other guys with lightweight cars with manual trannys.

Anyone know of those are 18" or 19" BBS race wheels?

And what type of coilover (manufacturer) does Team Schirmer use (e.g., JRZ, Ohlin, KW)?

Either E88s Motorsports or RT88s (Street)....they look like 18s to me but you can get E88s in basically an offset and size (for the price)

Seeing a DCT in someone else's car makes you sad? You live a blessed life I suppose.

You used the word "performance" like it or not performance and manual transmission rarely go together in the modern era. Move on

What's that on the trunk, where the license plate would be? Is it a nozzle for compressed N2 jack system? I know I could be way off. Put the flamethrowers away.

Anybody know the BTG nordschleife time of a schirmer M2 GT? Curious to know if they are faster than the E92 m3 schirmers...
