Gray or blue
Have a chance to change my order for a couple more days. Have LBB now. Thinking MG. Haven't seen the m2 in direct sunlight yet. I have concerns over how teal it is. So what are your thoughts? Blue is special and you now it's an m2 based on the color. MG looks like it wants to get in a fight!

LBB looks gorgeous in the sun and even more sexy at dusk. You won't regret it. If you want to stand out and go HELLO GET OUT OF MY WAY, get LBB. If you want to sneak up behind someone and look mean and silently threatening, go MG or BSM.

Visit some dealerships today and see if you can view both in one place. Then spend some time looking at each of them and see which "feels" like its YOUR car.

I had originally set up my order as LBB. MG just didn't seem to look that fantastic on the 2-series that I have seen on the lot.
Then, after a few weeks I saw a MG M4 in the showroom with black grilles and gills. It pushed me over the edge to change to MG and I don't regret it one bit. I really think the M4 / M2 wears MG completely different that other BMWs. I really feared LBB might be cool for a while, but I'd tire of it after a year. And, I will also say that most pictures folks do of MG M2's don't get the color correct. |

Can't. I'm in Germany. Dealership has a LBB on display inside and another MG customer car in the basement. I haven't even driven on yet.

These are my two favorite colors. Both are very sophisticated in different ways. LBB is a gorgeous color in its own right. When you see it on the M2 it looks great but you definitely notice the color first and the lines of the car second. MG is more subtle and less in your face. So when you see it on the M2 you notice the lines and contours of the car more so than the color. Both colors change a lot in varying lighting conditions which is something to keep in mind. (Indoor, Direct sunlight, low light, etc..)
Color is a very subjective thing, it's really up to what your preferences are. Either way you can't go wrong! LBB - more bold, emphasis on the color at first sight MG - more emphasis on the body lines and contours at first sight

Kind of a weak picture, my dealer took it for me cause he had my LBB and another MG.
I think this is a personal choice. For me, the LBB defines the M2 and I love blue. My 2nd choice would be BSM because it looks so bad ass - so much more than MG. AND I have never seen a MG M2, so maybe I would have a different opinion were I to see it? Either way, I love the way the LBB changes depending on the lighting conditions and I have zero regrets with my choice.

I was also torn between these two colours when placing my order, i had not seen an M2 in person let alone in LBB but i went for the signature colour anyway.
You will not be disappointed whichever you choose but all i can say is I've owned a number of blue cars and never have i had so many compliments on the colour as i have had with the LBB, it looks stunning especially in sunlight and the way the hue changes under different lighting is a bonus imo. |

MG looks great on the M2. I was going back and forth on my color choice as well, but when I seen LBB in person my mind was made up. I went with LBB. There isn't any color like it on the road. It definitely stands out amongst all the cars pulling up at a stop light or in a parking lot. I love it! You can see the color change shades as the light crosses over from one side of the car to the other....It's beautiful!

There is a reason LBB makes the signature color.
Personally, BSM is the way to go if it's the stealth and meaning look you're after.
