Is HUD a standard option then?

He clearly stated the negatives. Watch the review again.

I remember off the top of my head at least two things.

1. Wishes the engine revved higher.

2. Wishes that the stability control is not forcefully disabled when enabling heal to toe shifts.

Just want to say thank you for the review, guys. Absolutely amazing job.

Is the HUD standard? Does that mean that my U.S. launch car will have a HUD?

I haven't seen the HUD projection hardware on the dash anywhere online. I am going to the Chicago auto show tomorrow I will have to look for that.

Great Review of a great car!

I just have one question. Is there any oil temperature display in the bordcomputer?

Sorry guys I might have jumped the gun. I'm going by memory here.

I drove both the X4M 40i and the 640i XDrive on this trip, and both of those for sure had HUDs. I need to double-check on the M2 because it sounds HUD isn't a given. I'm hoping I didn't confuse seeing the HUD on either of the two other cars. Sorry to backtrack on this. Stand by.

No worries Sam. You could crash the entire stock market and I'd still love you after watching your review.

Bingo. More focus on the driving experience, less focus on glamour.

Yes, I think Adem1534 summarized things nicely. There are really no major negatives. Like I said, I would spend my own money on this.

They put track pads on the cars at the track driving portion. The normal stock pads do not squeal, but don't hold up as well to extended track duty.
Any comparisons overall to the e9x M3?
